Terms & Condition
Eligibility: Industrial points are available to businesses and organizations operating within designated industrial zones or areas as defined by the relevant local authorities.
Membership: Membership in the industrial points program is voluntary and subject to approval by the program administrators. Membership may be revoked or suspended at any time at the discretion of the administrators.
Accrual of Points: Points are accrued based on various criteria such as compliance with environmental regulations, participation in community initiatives, adoption of sustainable practices, and other factors as determined by the program administrators.
Redemption: Points can be redeemed for various benefits, which may include but are not limited to, tax incentives, discounts on utilities or services, access to training programs, or promotional opportunities.
Point Expiry: Points may have an expiry date, after which they will be considered null and void unless redeemed prior to the expiry date. The expiry date will be communicated to members in advance.
Transferability: Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other currency.
Fraudulent Activity: Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to, falsification of data or misrepresentation of information, will result in immediate termination of membership and forfeiture of all accrued points.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions will be resolved at the discretion of the program administrators, and their decision will be final.
Amendments: These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the amended terms.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the industrial points program operates.
Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Acceptance: By participating in the industrial points program, members agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any subsequent updates or amendments.
